Refund policy

- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the items arrival. 

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Product must have been completely destroyed within travel period prior to reaching final destination, upon reasonable proof and review of destroyed item, a replacement or a refund will be issued. 

- Sale items cannot be returned and are final.

- Mocha Made Cosmetics will be responsible for shipping cost returns if they shipped the wrong item to a customer. Shipping cost for returns will be the customers responsibility if the customer mistakenly bought the wrong item and they want a return. 

- In order to process your refund, a return tracking number must be provided within the 3 day return period.

- Please have your order number and the reason for the return.

- Our return policy allows up to 10 days to return unused products for a full refund and will be the customers responsibility to pay the shipping fees.
